The inaugural Sacred Syndicate SMC 2024 Hume Chapter Blanket Run will take place on Saturday, May 18.

This time the motoring fundraisers are collecting blankets, quilts, doonas, sheets and pillows.

They ask that all donated items be new, with tags attached. Sign in will begin at 9 am, with stands up at 10 am.

All vehicles are welcome to join in the activity.

The cavalcade will begin at the Balance Bar at Hard Rock Gym and end at The Harden Country Club.

They will ride from Harden Hard Rock Gym to the Court House Hotel at Boorowa before rolling on to Zac’s Place Inc in Yass where they will stop for lunch.

Participants are advised to bring cash to pay for lunch.

Everyone will travel back to the Harden Country Club for a delicious barbecue prepared by the God Squad CMC.

Kranky Kactus Foto will be taking photos of the event throughout the day.

Participants are asked to pay $20 per vehicle and are in the running for a $100 lucky door prize.

As usual, there will be raffles at each stop.

All collected items will be donated to Zac’s Place In.

Monies raised on the day will be split equally between Zac’s Place Inc and Can Assist Harden Murrumburrah.

The success of events like this often come down to numbers, so if you have the chance to stop in, say hello, grab a few raffle tickets and donate a blanket or two and catch up.
