Murrumburrah Harden Show Society Fundraising Opportunities

Attention all community organisations, schools, sporting groups and charities. Murrumburrah Harden Show Society Inc are calling for expressions of interest in relation to fundraising opportunities on both the Friday and Saturday of the 2019 Show (6th and 7th September 2019).

Fundraising opportunities include:

• BBQ (positions available for both Friday and Saturday)
• Show Bar Saturday 
• Gate keepers Saturday. 
• 2019 Wheat Competition Bar and ticker collection (date to be advised)

Preparation and running of the BBQs and Bars will be the responsibility of the selected organisation, including application for liquor licence, rostering of volunteers and ordering of stock. All proceeds will be kept by the selected organisation. Gate keepers will be paid a set fee per gate.

All organisations must work in conjunction with the Show Society and any other relevant organisation/ persons.

All expressions of interest must be received in writing by 5pm Friday 1st of March 2019. Expressions of interest may be emailed to hardenshowoffice@gmail.com or posted to PO Box 214, Harden NSW 2587.
