A student choir from St Mary’s Primary School will perform at Take 5 on Friday. Free concert between 12.30-1pm at the Hilltops Library in Young.

June 22 – Boorowa Rotary Makers and Growers Markets
You will find food, craft and products grown, made and prepared by local people. The Old Court House grounds in Marsden Street.

June 22 – Young Cherrypickers $2000 Reverse Draw
$70 ticket includes drink tickets during Reverse Draw (beer, wine, soft drinks) and finger food. The last person drawn will receive $2,000, the second last will receive $500 and six random draws of $70. Only 200 tickets and available at Young Services Club or from Emily on 0400 270 169. June 22-23 – Memoir Writing Workshop with Kerry Chater
Sponsored by Hilltops Council, Lambing Flat Fellowship of Australian Writers are holding memoir writing workshops. Kerry Chater will share her knowledge to help you write your story. The workshop will cover areas such as why and what do you want to write, what makes the story interesting and linking your stories. Fee is $20 including afternoon tea.
