Sacred Syndicate SMC is currently accepting early donations for their 2023 Christmas Toy/Donation Run through the Hilltops.

Sacred Syndicate SMC (SSSMC) are at it again - riding around raising money for community services and putting smiles on faces.

They raised a whopping $3380 for Make A Wish Australia on Saturday, October 21, with 40 bikes and 50 registrations on the day.

They have no intention of slowing down, though. The group is already focused on the next event on their radar - the 2023 Hilltops Christmas Toy/Donation Run scheduled for December 9.

While most of us anticipate everything to do with Christmas, there are those less fortunate who look forward to the season with dread, and questions they only hope they can find the answers to questions like:

  • How do I pay these bills?
  • How do I put food on the table?
  • How can I make this season memorable for my children?

SSSMC has joined Hilltops Community Hub and Zac’s Place to host the 2023 Hilltops Christmas Toy/Donation Run. Right now, they are calling on those with the ability to do so to gather together a gift or two to donate to the community’s less fortunate.

The group will have the use of a ute and trailer on the day to transport the donated items.

The run is open to anyone who wants to help make a difference, all vehicle types are welcome.

While there is no entry fee, cash donations would be more than welcome on the day.

All cash donations will be split between Hilltops Community Hub and Zac’s Place.

The usual raffle will be run at each of the three drop zones, but this year there will also be a free children’s raffle.

Children will have the opportunity to win a lolly hamper at each drop zone, but they must be there in person to claim their prize.

Every cent raised from the three raffles on the day will be split between Hilltops Hub and Zac’s Place.

SSSMC thanked Naomi from Hilltops Community Hub and Glenn and Ros from Zac’s Place for agreeing to distribute the donated items to the community’s less fortunate.

The Hilltops Phoenix will have more details closer to the date, in the meantime any questions can be directed to the group at https://www.facebook.com/SacredSyndicateSMC
