Wednesdays – Wrap With Love Knitting Group
10am-12pm, Young S & C Club. Knitted and crocheted squares measuring 25 by 25cm/10 by 10 inches providing warmth, comfort, and reassurance. Donations of 4-8 ply pure wool or acrylic gratefully accepted. Donations can be taken to reception. Phone Patty on 0487 762 126.

This popular weekly free morning cuppa is held in St John’s Church Hall, Young from 10am to 11.30am. All welcome.
Wednesday & Thursday – Boorowa Men’s Den Join us for tea/coffee and talk in our social area or do some woodwork, craft, repairs or learn metal welding. 9-12 noon.

November 4 - December 16 Cherry Harvest Exhibition
Special guest artist, Louise Adams, from Temora. Louise works in a variety of mediums from using wire for sculptures to vibrant abstract acrylic paintings and soapstone. There will also be some other local works on display including photographs, porcelain and much more. Burrangong Gallery.
December 1-3 – Cherry Festival 2023 Street parade, pie eating competition, music, wood chopping, fireworks, pip spit competition, amusements, pick your own, art exhibition, photographic exhibition, lego exhibition, heritage rally, entertainment, Cherry Queen and King, markets, big breakfast, shed door sales and much more.
December 2 – Young & Region Farmers Markets 9am until 12pm at Anderson Park near the former railway station (Young Visitor Information Centre). BBQ and coffee available. Buy fresh straight from the producers. Local fruit, vegetables, plants, wine, honey, goats milk products and baked goods all on sale.
December 5 – MOW Christmas Lunch Meals on Wheels, Young combined with Young and Boorowa Community Transport are hosting a Christmas Lunch. Contact 02 6382 1518.
