2025 Henry Lawson Festival This Weekend
Each year, on the June long weekend, Grenfell hosts the annual Henry Lawson Festival to commemorate Henry Lawson’s birth and contribution to the arts. The festival promotes and recognises aspiring Australians in their artistic endeavours. It’s a weekend of country fun with a street parade and an authentic country street party. The Friday night concert will see Elk Mountain Band taking the stage bringing boots, beats and country-rock heat to fire up the dancefloor. Don’t miss the Bioluminescence Show, a glowing, immersive experience.
Visitors will enjoy market stalls and live music throughout Grenfell’s iconic Main Street on Saturday. The festival will also include all the favourite elements from years past, including Poet’s Breakfast, pub performances, the popular Car Show, and the not-to-be-missed events—Caragabal Camp Oven CookOff and Iandra Castle Open Day.
