Boorowa Central School is well equipped with modern facilities on a single campus. We have a large multipurpose hall with state of the art audio visual technology suitable for performances and functions along with safe and engaging playing areas. Our Industry Standard Trade Training Centre provides exceptional facilities to deliver Vocational Education and Training Courses for our senior students.

Boorowa Central Transition to High School, Year 7, 2020 has commenced. We will be holding further full transition days for students on Thursday, 12 September, 28 and 29 November. Our future students are encouraged to attend. Parents are welcome to attend on 29 November for an information session and afternoon tea.

Our Transition to Kindergarten 2020 will commence with Orientation Day in the Library on 5 September at 12.30pm for parents and students. Students will commence their half days the following week on 12 September with the second and third days in term 4 on 1 and 8 November followed by full days on 15 and 22 November. This is a wonderful opportunity for our 2020 Kindergarten children to experience school life and routines, giving them a great head start for the new year ahead. Our parents are invited to attend a ‘Preparing for Big School’ information session on 15 November and P & C information stalls, afternoon tea and assembly on Friday, 22 November.

2020 will see Boorowa Central School celebrating 150 years of education. A committee will be formed and past and present students will be informed of the event in the near future.
