Boorowa Hospital Auxiliary is holding a fundraising Christmas raffle with ticket selling days beginning next week.
The Christmas raffle is raising funds to bring the Australian Skin Cancer Foundation’s Skin Check Truck to Boorowa for free skin checks in 2026.
Boorowa United Hospital Auxiliary is bringing the truck to Boorowa in conjunction with the Boorowa Local Health Advisory Committee (LHAC) and will fund 2 of the 3 days of skin checks.
Tickets will be on sale outside Boorowa IGA on Friday the 28th and Saturday the 29th of November and Friday the 5th and Saturday the 6th of December.
They will also be on sale at the Boorowa Op Shop on Thursday the 4th of December. Tickets are $2.
Prizes include:
- First prize - $200 IGA voucher
- Second prize - $100 Kerrie’s Garden Nikity Naks voucher
- Third prize - $50 IGA voucher
- Fourth prize - IGA Christmas ham
