Boorowa United Hospital Auxiliary Gets Ready For Mother's Day

Boorowa Hospital Auxiliary fundraising events during 2024 work towards the purchase of a Hover Jack for Boorowa MPS.

At a cost of $12,000, a Hover Jack allows patients who have experienced a fall and or fracture, to be lifted with greater safety and comfort..

Homemade country-style cakes, slices, jams, and plants will be on offer at their Mother’s Day Cake Stall on May 10, in Bert’s Barber Shop, Pudman Street, Boorowa.

Often this stall sells out before lunch so best to get in early. The stall will open at 9 am.

If you would like to contribute to this much-needed piece of hospital equipment but do not need any of the stall items on offer, there will be a Mothe’s Day Gift raffle, with tickets available at our Mother’s Day Cake Stall.

The hard-working committee hopes to start its fundraising year off on a high.

The organising committee urges people to pop in and say hello and support the cause.
