Burrowa House to Release Cookbook

Burrowa House will be releasing a cookbook to help raise funds for furnishing the extension works due to begin in January next year.

The book will be released in time for Christmas, making a great gift idea. Residents and past residents are invited to send in their favourite recipes, modern and old fashioned, for inclusion. As well as the recipe, contributors are asked to include their name and the reason the recipe is special e.g. it holds a special memory for you, it’s a family favourite or the creator of the recipe holds a special place in your heart.

The extension works will see 8 new residential rooms for Burrowa House, including 4 dementia rooms, as well as a secure, dedicated dementia garden.

They can also be dropped off at Burrowa House or the Rotary Boorowa Community Op Shop.
