Essential Energy Community Choices program voting closing

Voting for the Essential Energy Community Choices program will close today, Thursday the 18th of June at 5pm.

The Community Choices program supports community groups with funding of up to $2,500. A total of $175,000 will be distributed between eligible groups across Essential Energy’s network area, which is divided into 20 zones. Funding from the program will be distributed between the first six eligible groups in each zone, which is determined by the number of eligible votes received for each group. Hilltops is in Zone 8, with the only group from the region to vote for being Riding for the Disabled (NSW) Young Centre.
