Fundraising Night Under The Stars

Burrangong Picnic Race Club are hosting the Cocktail Party Under The Stars fundraising event in March.

The event will be raising money for improvements to the Toompang Race Course and to install a disabled toilet block.

“We hold this cocktail party biennially as a fundraiser for improvements at the racecourse. This year, we are raising funds to install a disabled access toilet. As we are a volunteer run and not for profit organization, we look to the community to support events like this as well as they support our race day, to ensure that everyone who comes to the racecourse is catered for and ensured of having a good time,” said President Tom Wills.

As well as acoustic music by Maeve Lawson followed by DJ Leighton Marshall, there will also be live and silent auctions items including 4 VIP tickets to the Rosehill Races and to be an owner for a race with Chris Waller Racing, 10 person dinner party at The Sir George – Jugiong, a Hilltops wine package showcasing wines from around the region, vouchers, produce and many more exciting items on the night.

Buses will be leaving the Australian Hotel at 5:45pm and returning at 10:30pm. Tickets are $80 for drinks and cocktail dinner or $50 for non-alcoholic drinks and cocktail dinner.
