Garden Management Services Now Available

Today we interviewed Glenice and Phil Davies about the new services they are adding to their business – Glenice Buck Designs. Glenice has worked in the horticulture industry for over twenty years, working in all areas of the industry. She has owned Glenice Buck Designs for the past 14 years, where she has focused on providing horticultural advice, garden design and tree consulting services.

So Glenice, what are the new services you are providing for clients?
We are really excited to launch our garden management and planting service. This is actually a service I originally provided in my business when I first started out. Doing garden management was always something I really enjoyed, but mainly due to overwhelming demand of my design and horticultural consulting services, I had to make a choice between one or the other. Now that Phil and I are joining forces in business, we will be able to provide the next level of service from the start to finish of your garden projects. This can be for established gardens, brand new gardens or revamping an existing garden.

We can offer the design consultation to get you started in the concept phase and then continue through with design planning, site preparation, supply of plants, planting and then ongoing care. If you already have an existing garden that you need a hand with the garden maintenance, we can also help you out with that too. We will be providing seasonal garden management plans, weeding, pruning, fertilising, mulching, garden plantings, new garden installations, irrigation checks and lawn care. All our garden care services will provide the client with a seasonal garden management plan where we can be involved with as much or as little as you like.

Glenice, what do you think will be the most popular service with your clients?
I think definitely the fact that we can help you manage your garden from start to finish will be attractive to many clients. Everyone is busy in their day to day lives so having not to worry about caring for your garden will be ideal for many people. They can just sit back and enjoy their outdoor space on the weekends.

Phil, what do you think most clients will like the most?
I think the seasonal garden packages will work well for many people. Some of our clients like to do day to day maintenance but when it comes to doing the seasonal fertilising of your gardens and lawns and the mulching of your gardens that will take big blocks of time and labour, people tend to give up or not get it all done as they run out of time. We can provide a package to clients where this will just be booked in each season to complete.
