Harden CanAssist Presents Rock’N’Roll And British Divas

Harden CanAssist’s major fundraiser for 2024 will be held at the Mechanics Institute on Saturday, March 2 from 7 pm to 11:30 pm.

Tickets are on sale now for $50 a pop from Harden Post Office.

The event is all about British divas and rock’n’roll, featuring Nicole Taylor and Shindig presenting the music of:

• Dusty Springfield;
• Shirley Bassey;
• Cilla Black;
• Doris Day;
• Elvis Presley;
• Frank Sinatra;
• The Beatles;
• Johnny Cash; and many others.

Harden CanAssist volunteers will be behind the bar selling drinks, but supper is BYO, so don’t forget your nibbles, meals and desserts with you.

The incredible prize for this major fundraiser is a two-night getaway in the beautiful winery region of Rutherglen which will be drawn at the British Divas and Rock’n’Roll Evening.

Tickets are also available from Harden LPO, Ziems Quality Meats, Harden Automotive, Murrumburrah Public School, Murrumburrah High School, and Trinity Catholic College.

Volunteers will also be selling tickets in front of Superbarn on Thursday, February 29 and Saturday, March 2.
