Healing space at Flow Yoga & Healing

Flow Yoga & Healing is a health and wellness space Nell Canellis recently opened in Young.

She’s created a beautiful, calm space for the souls of Young to stop and be one with themselves.

Her desire is for you to learn the art of slowing down and experience the many benefits of the practices of yoga & meditation, Reiki and to learn how to slow down and become more present in everyday life.

Nell shares, “Change one thing and everything changes, shine your light you are worthy.”

Nell is currently holding Zoom classes for yoga, meditation and distant Reiki healing. She is also offering Reiki healing by phone appointment. Zoom classes will be $15.

She is also offering a Zoom group chat for lifting and motivating one another and sharing.
