Everyone at NRG Fitness Centre knows that the benefits of exercise are numerous and undeniable for both the body and the mind - no matter how old you are. And, you can now exercise at NRG 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

NRG has been operating in Young for 22 years. Chris, Kim and their team of trainers and instructors love helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and they work hard to make sure they’re up-to-date on the latest training techniques.

The Centre boasts an extensive range of equipment, has a private ladies only area, group exercise studio and cycling studio. All memberships include use of the gym and classes as well as a personalized program so that you feel comfortable training in the gym and are working towards your goals.

Personal training and Small Group Training are available and childminding is offered each weekday morning.

NRG currently have five styles of Mossa® classes on the Group Exercise timetable, meaning there’s something for everyone - whether you want to tone up, get stronger, become more athletic, increase your fitness or improve your core strength and flexibility. The best part is that there are always plenty of options given in classes so they are achievable for the beginner, but still challenging for the experienced trainer. Staffed hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
