Hilltops Council Invites Community Feedback Through Annual Satisfaction Survey.

Hilltops Council is once again reaching out to residents across the region, encouraging them to share their thoughts and experiences through the 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey.

This annual survey, last conducted in late 2024, is a key tool used by Council to measure how well it is delivering services, understand which services matter most to the community, and identify areas for improvement. Local residents are invited to provide honest feedback on a wide range of services and facilities – from roads and parks to customer service and community programs.

By participating, residents will help Council build a clearer picture of community sentiment, highlight service delivery priorities, and identify new opportunities to improve how it operates.

Acting General Manager Sarah Karaitiana says the survey is an important way for Council to listen to the community and assess its performance.

“Council is always looking at ways to improve its services and review the way we do business to ensure best value for residents and sustainability both now and into the future,” she said.

Results from the survey will be compiled into a report highlighting overall satisfaction levels, community priorities, and recurring suggestions for change. The data will also act as a benchmark for future comparison.

The 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey opens on Monday 21 July 2025 and is available:

Hilltops Council is encouraging all residents to take part and help shape the future of their community.
