The Lions Club of Young will be holding their annual Quilt Show on the 25th and 26th of May at the Young Town Hall.
Over the weekend there will be a variety of quilts on display, with an assortment of designs, patterns and sizes to view. Some of the quilts have taken years to complete.
There will be a raffle, with prizes for first, second and third. First prize is a sewing machine and overlocker, second prize is a $100 voucher from either Woolworths or IGA and third prize is the remaining $100 voucher.
Also at the Show will be a variety of stalls. Stalls will be selling goods such as fabric, patterns, threads and just about anything needed to make a quilt.
The Quilt Show is on from 9am to 4pm on Saturday and 9am to 3pm on Sunday. Entry cost is $5 per person with children under 16 free.
