Murrumburrah-Harden Rotary held their annual changeover last week.
The new Board was presented, new members inducted as well as awards and toasts.
Rotarian Rita O’Connor said it was a fabulous evening.
“We had a beautiful crowd and the function room at the club looked fantastic.”
The Rotary Club was joined by special guest, District Governor Rob Uhl.
“We were very privileged to have our DG Rob Uhl attend and present awards with President Janice, before Janice inducted incoming president, Krista Hooke.”
“We inducted Melissa Pinney as our first ‘Blue & Gold’ member, as well as 2 very worthy Paul Harris Fellowships (PHF) to Rotarians Hugo Sachs and Jim Ryan.”
“Service/attendance award went to our newest Rotarian Karen Tanswell,” said Rita.
Rita herself was awarded Rotarian of the Year. District Governor Rob Uhl also presented Rita with a District Recognition award.
Changeover then took place with incoming President Krista Hooke presenting the new Board for the coming year.
