New Name, Same Team for Boorowa Real Estate

Boorowa Real Estate has re-branded into Flemings Property Services and is expanding into Cootamundra with the purchase of Ray White Cootamundra.

Flemings is the creation of Justin Fleming and Richie Fleming who met 14 years ago while Justin was working in Ireland. A great friendship ensued after confirming their surnames were the same by coincidence and not relation. Seven years later, after working in advertising in Sydney, Richie moved to Boorowa to help run the real estate business.

Flemings began life as Andrew Mitchell Real Estate in 2000, before becoming Boorowa Real Estate in 2009, not long before Justin arrived. Justin bought the business in 2015, with Richie arriving in 2016. Boorowa Real Estate expanded into Harden Murrumburrah in 2017 under the management of Richie. 2018 has seen the business rebrand into Flemings Property Services and expand into Cootamundra.

Company Director Justin Fleming said, “Growth throughout this region is inevitable as rural communities become more popular. We are seeing that sales remain strong, rental accommodation is scarce, builders are busy with new developments and both on a local and national level there is renewed interest in promoting opportunities for business and infrastructure within the region.”

Company Director Richie Fleming said, “Whilst we are extremely excited about the new opportunity in Cootamundra, we also remain focused on our clients in Boorowa and Harden.”

Janet McAtear, who has operated the business in Cootamundra since 2010 and the team including Jamie, Brendan, Cindy and Debbie are remaining in their roles under the new brand.
