We’re selling a system that will fit the business, rather than the business having to fit the system.”

The service has a desktop application, mobile application, a video conferencing component and online fax and sms services. “You can have a handset on your desk, or you can have a mobile, or you can have a headset with a laptop or a PC. It just depends how it fits with your business,” said Scott.

Features include call screening, call queuing, presence management, call forwarding, call recording, instant messaging, extension groups, paging groups, an away attendant and a switchboard.
