Each ticket includes goods from the Chats and Treasures Op Shop. These goods will be used to make amazing creations using your imagination and creativity. Limited tickets available. Everyday English Conversational Group

Koorawatha Town Rural Fire Brigade Recruiting

The Koorawatha Town Rural Fire Brigade is looking to recruit new members so the brigade can continue to support their local community. Training and Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) is able to be provided to all new members when they join their local brigade.

St John’s Fellowship Lunch

In the Church Hall, St John’s Church, Queen Street, Boorowa at 12pm on Sunday the 26th of October. Free 2 course lunch. They need volunteers to help serve food, chat with guests and make them feel welcome and assist with tidying up after the lunch. Please contact Jenny if you are able to spare some time.

Carers Op Shop Hop

Women Over 50 Active Women Trial

Researchers at the University of Sydney are running a study to measure the impact of the Active Women over 50 program. This free program is designed for women aged 50+ to help increase their physical activity. The program involves telephone health coaching from a physiotherapist, private Facebook group (optional), a website resource and motivational SMS or email messages for 6 months. To be eligible, you need to be a woman aged 50+, living in NSW, healthy enough to take part in regular physical activity and have access to the internet.
