The Murrumburrah Showground will be open to the public to view the Murrumburrah Harden Show’s fireworks display this Saturday, the Show Society has announced.

Entry is $5 per person, with a maximum of $15 per car. The grounds will open at 5pm with the 15 minute fireworks display kicking off at 7pm. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, there will be regulations in place. Everyone who enters the ground will need to sign in and provide their name and contact details to ensure traceability in the event of a positive case.

Attendees are encouraged to enter and exit the Showground in their private vehicle, with those on foot permitted in groups of no more than 10. Whether entering in a vehicle or on foot, attendees are to remain with the groups they entered with, with no moving around the grounds or to other groups designated areas. Those in a vehicle are to remain within two metres of the vehicle and all those attending must be seated.

Physical distancing of 1.5m is required from any person not in the group entered with.

Covid marshalls and volunteers will be directing parking in designated areas to create social distancing.

Bathroom facilities will be open with physical distancing regulations in place. Hand sanitizer and hand washing facilities will be available. There will be no food or drink facilities at the ground, so attendees are asked to bring their own refreshments.

Anyone who does not adhere to the regulations will be asked to leave the grounds immediately.
