Southern Tablelands Arts farewells Executive Director

Southern Tablelands Arts has said a fond farewell to Executive Director for the past five years, Susan Conroy.

Susan said, “It has been a big learning experience for me which just shows there is never a time not to learn new things and more importantly meet new people. I am proud of the work the Board and staff of Southern Tablelands Arts have achieved in the last five years – there are so many highlights and so many of you have given of yourselves and your organisations to engage with us to help bring clever, thoughtful, creative programs across the region. Sometimes it’s been scary but it’s also been exhilarating.”

“To all those people who’ve had time to send warm messages over the last few weeks, thank you for the kindness and generosity of your words.”

The Southern Tablelands Arts board and staff would like to wish Susan all the very best in her future endeavours. She has contributed to the fabric of the arts and cultural community of the Southern Tablelands Arts region in immeasurable and invaluable ways. Looking towards the future, Southern Tablelands Arts is thrilled to announce that a new Executive Director has been appointed and will commence with the organisation towards the end of this month.
