The second annual Sacred Syndicate SMC 2025 Hume Chapter Blanket Run is set to take place next weekend.

The Blanket Run collects items such as blankets, quilts, doonas, sheets and pillows with 100% of items donated to Zac’s Place Inc.

There will be raffles at every stop with 100% of monies raised split 50-50 between Zac’s Place Inc and CanAssist Harden Murrumburrah.

The Run will begin at 9am next Saturday, the 14th of June on Whitton Street in Harden behind DJ’s on Neill.

The first stop will be at the Court House Hotel in Boorowa.

The lunch stop will take place at the Club House Hotel in Yass.

The Blanket Run will then head back to the Harden Country Club in the afternoon to wrap up.

Vince Behler, National President of Sacred Syndicate SMC Incorporated is encouraging everyone to attend.

“Everyone is welcome to attend the event regardless of their vehicle.”

Donated goods need to be new with tags.

“We ask that all donated goods (pillows, blankets, bedding etc) all be in new condition with tags.”

The first annual SSSMC Hume Chapter Blanket Run was held last year and was a huge success with big totals raised.

“Last year we raised over $3000 and donated thousands of dollars worth of goods,” said Vince.

“As with all our events SSSMC assumes the cost of running the event, this way all the money raised goes to those who deserve it.”

“Anyone wishing to donate to this event can do so by contacting us via our email,

Facebook or phone number,” said Vince.

The cost is $20 per vehicle and lunch specials are available for preorder at $20.

There is also a $100 lucky door prize.

Patches are available for order on the day.
