Successful Futures: Return to Work Program

Compact Incorporated is running a Return To Work program to support young women aged 17–24 in preparing for or re-entering the workforce.

The Initiative is funded by Women NSW Pathways program. The program includes a 5 week short course (half-day sessions) and personalized career support for a year.

If your organization works with young women who may benefit, or you are a young individual wanting to build your employment skills, gain work experience to create a work record, or try a career path, they would love to connect.

The program is designed to support you with:

Career support to get practical help and build the skills employers are looking for
Confidence building to help you shine in your journey
Strategies to overcome challenges you may face
Guidance to achieve your career goals
Support accessing short courses to help you achieve your career goals
One year of career mentoring to keep you on track

The program runs for 5 weeks, held on Wednesdays from 9:00am to 12:00pm, from the 19 November to 17 December 2025.
