Tuesday’s 9 hole social event won by Pat with 26 nett.
2nd going to Robert Norton 28 nett.
Thursday was an 18 hole stroke event.
1st – Lindsay Sheather with 70/55.
2nd – Max Hardman 70/55.
Max won 1 up over Lindsay in match play.
Pat Hewen won 3 up over Nora Styles.
Gobbles – Tim McMillan 2 and Nora 1.
Sunday was the monthly medal and 1st round of the Championships.
A – Garry McGrath 56 nett. Runner up Jake Searle 58 nett.
B – Barry Hazelgrove 57 nett. Runner up Thaden Davies 79/60.
Ladies – 1st Nora Styles. 2nd Pat Hewen.
L/D - Mens Barry. Ladies Pat.
N.T.P - Mens Garry. No lady winner.
Garry and Nora had a birdie each.
Barry and Benny each had a gobble.
Barry was the winner of the raffle.
Get well wishes to Max Williams, hope you are soon back hitting that little white ball.
Nora Styles will be sponsoring Sunday’s Ambrose event. $10 per player. BBQ after golf.
The second round of Championships will be played the following Sunday.
The monthly meeting will be held on Sunday after the BBQ.
