UPDATE: COVID-19 cases, venues

Another COVID-19 case in the Hilltops was sadly announced today. The patient was a household contact and is currently in isolation.

Further venues of concern had been added.

There are now 18 cases of COVID-19 in our shire.

The following venues have been identified as locations of concern:

• PJS FAST FOOD, Young on Tuesday September 21 from 12:05pm - 12:45pm and 8:10pm - 8:55pm
• Young Bunnings on Monday September 20 at 11:10am to 11:45am
• ALDI Young Tuesday September 21 from 1:15pm - 2:45pm
• Woolworths Young on Monday September 20 at 11:15am - 12pm
• Hussy Cafe Young on Monday September 20 at 11:15am - 11:30am
• Base Warehouse Young on Monday September 20 at 11am - 11:30am
• ANZ Young on Friday September 17 at 1:20pm - 1:50pm and 3:50pm - 4:30pm
• Woolworths Young on Friday September 17 at 4pm - 4:45pm

Further, COVID-19 Lockdown will be extended in the Hilltops LGA for a further week, until October 1.
