Young and Region Farmers Markets
Young and Region Farmers Market invites visitors to discover a welcoming country experience in the heart of Young. Held on the first and third Saturday of each month, the market offers a charming mix of fresh produce, local plants, handmade goods and seasonal treats.
Visitors can browse a variety of stalls featuring everything from just-picked fruit and vegetables to handcrafted items such as knitted beanies and timber bird boxes, honey straight from the hive, live music and lots more.
A highlight for many is the community-run barbecue, operated by the Young Lions Club on the first Saturday of each month. On all market days, you’ll still find tasty food options and a coffee van onsite, making sure no one goes hungry while browsing the stalls.
The market is set in Anderson Park, a green space located near the Young Visitor Information Centre.
