Young Hyundai have been presented the award for number one ranking dealer in Eastern region for 100% customer satisfaction in 2020 as pictured by heads of sales, aftersales and network development.
Dealer Principal of HGH Motor Group, Jamie Harden said he was ecstatic to receive this award which is only achievable by our customers rating our service. “We are always working to offer our very best service at all times and this award is gratification to myself and the team on the effort we put in week in week out.”
2020 was a stellar year for Young Hyundai, increasing their sales in 12 months by over 300% after being awarded the franchise. To add to the celebrations, Young Hyundai YTD currently sit in 2nd spot in NSW with the second highest market share of any dealer (Rural/Metro).
Jamie said with the release of the new i30 sedan and hatch, Kona, Santa Fe and new Tucson about to arrive next month, new car enquiry has been at an all time high. “We have increased market share again in the first few months of 2021, so we are looking towards what the rest of this year holds.”
