Boorowa’s Many Attractions

Every year the Irish Woolfest brings thousands of visitors from within the Hilltops region and more widely to Boorowa. The Woolfest has become quite a fixture in the calendar of thousands of people but it’s worth noting that Boorowa is a wonderful place to visit at any time of the year.

It’s a happy place, not too big and not too small, and we’ve always found interesting things to see and do there. The people in the town’s businesses work hard to look after visitors and the public facilities of the town are really something - not the least are the large, safe and very well maintained play and recreational facilities.

It’s a lovely town, with a lovely community and good support by local, state and federal government is evident.
